Thank you for your interest in our catering services. We look forward to being a part of your event. The following information will be helpful in planning your function. To serve you in the best possible manner, please follow the lead times on the catering website for any catered function to guarantee your specific order and time. Because good things take time, please give us at least 2 weeks to successfully fulfill your event needs. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests within that time frame, if possible.

Flowers, specialty linen/china, ice carvings, services are available by request and at an additional charge.

Our regular catering hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Late afternoon, evening and weekend functions are available if we can properly staff your event.

If you have moved a catered event from one location to another, please contact Crystal Thompson regarding the exact new location to avoid confusion and unnecessary charges.

Modifying your order – We ask that the firm RSVP for your guest count is determined 72 hours prior to your event. If an increase in guest count happens within the 72-hour timeframe, we reserve the right to modify menu items as necessary. If a reduction in guest count needs to happen within the 72-hour timeframe, you will be charged for those additional meals. Cancellation Policy – We ask that cancellations be made directly with Crystal Thompson, the Culinary Director, at 239-307-3096. As much notice as possible on all cancellations is greatly appreciated.

Substitutions: We reserve the right to vary menu selections when necessary to meet market conditions.

The Destination Dining Room: Parties of 8 or more are to utilize the Destination Dining Room for their private parties.  There will be a server fee attached to the event at $25.00 per hour, a minimum of four hours.  Parties of 12 people or more will require 2 servers to work their event.  All private events require the resident and member of the CLL Social Club to purchase all alcoholic beverages for their non-member guests.
